Spaces available

Choices of many beautiful ceremony areas.

Large level site for a choice of a variety of different structures i.e marquees, tipi's, sperry tents.

Wedding planners

Yes a wedding planner is required. We have a list of approved co-ordinators to either come on one month out from your wedding or offering full wedding planning options.

Vendors

We have a number of preferred non-exclusive vendors that have extensive experience working with our venue that can be shared with you following your enquiry.

Guests to depart by 10:30pm.

Curfews & other restrictions

Music is to be off at 10.00pm.

Food and drinks
BYO caterer?

Yes. We work with many local catering companies to suit all budgets. Currently all kitchen requirements are to be brought in. Plans are underway to have complete a catering kitchen space for 2020.

BYO drinks?

Yes. Alcohol is BYO and we do work with our local cellars shop and can arrange delivery.

Table settings

Our space is a blank canvas and all items are required to be hired in.

Furniture and equipment

Furniture hire is required. We have a limited range. We work with many local furniture hire companies.

Support

Bump in/out

The day prior to the event for the bump in and the morning after for the bump out. Variances to this subject to approval by us.

Storage

No available storage.

Clean-up

Garbage must be removed from the property and we offer for a fee. Clean up is included in the venue hire.

Access

On-site parking is limited. Generally all guests to be bussed in. Car spaces allocated to vendors and five guest cars.

Dimensions

The reception area is large and structures can be brought in and suitable for 200 guests.

Insurance

All on-site vendors must provide evidence of their own public liability coverage.
