Hire of THE KO for weddings includes the entire space to use as you wish: gallery space, courtyard and photography studio can be configured in a number of ways.

Wedding planners

The venue is happy to provide information on recommendations for suppliers and planning, for anything more in-depth, we can recommend a wedding planner/stylist.

Vendors

We have a list of non-exclusive preferences we can supply on request.

Music must be within EPA guidelines, and stop at 11pm.

Our space is a blank canvas, providing couples with the opportunity to style the space to their own particular taste. We can advise of recommended suppliers and suitable configurations that work best.

Bump in/out

Bump in from 3pm Friday, bump out by 12pm Sunday.

These times can be altered pending availability on request.

Storage options can be provided on a case by case basis, please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Clean-up

All items and rubbish must be removed by you on the evening of your wedding. A cleaning service is available at an additional charge.

Access

We are a wheelchair accessible building with one disabled carpark.

We have a large on-site carpark that can accommodate up to 15 cars, and plenty of unlimited parking on the road close by.
