Planning Essentials
Spaces available
Ceremony Anywhere outdoors in the 20-acres of lush garden with ponds and old oak trees.
We also feature a heritage-listed brick stables, or our wet-weather option under a huge veranda that wraps around the house with views of the garden.
Reception Clear view marquee or open air in the stables.
Wedding planners
No wedding planner, but one of the owners, Julia or Adam, will be on-site helping to delegate vendors.
Vendors
The bar is run by Mewburn Park, as it is a licensed venue, so no BYO.
Our catering is provided by one of our gourmet caterers: * Duart Homestead * Tinamba Hotel * Little Price/Neilsons Restaurant * The Criterion Hotel * Albert & Co.
For everything else, you are free to choose.

The Ceremony and Reception package includes a booking from 4pm to 11.30pm. The Premium Package, where the location is yours for the day, allows from 10am to 11.30pm.

Glassware is provided by Mewburn Park.

Support
Bump in/out
Bump-in is 9.30am.
Bump-out is the day after wedding, by latest 10am.
Storage
If there is no function on the day before the wedding day, set up can start the day before after 4pm.
Clean-up
Everything must be picked up and tidy until latest 10am the morning after. Florals, decoration, hire items etc. Wishing well must be taken the night of the wedding.
Access
There is a huge car park for approx. 200 cars.
Some vendors can use the homestead driveway, but that has to be confirmed upon request.
Buses have room to park their bus in the carpark.
There is a wheelchair access toilet, but no handles.
Dimensions
Marquee is 20 x 10m, plus a 10 x 4m deck/patio.
The gardens are approx. 20 acres.
Security
No security required.
Insurance
All on-site vendors must provide evidence of their own public liability coverage.
