Planning Essentials
Spaces available
We have two stunning venues:
- Our large rustic Barn opens onto a large courtyard surrounded by lush gardens to allow you both an indoor and outdoor setting for your wedding. Hire of our barn comes with the use of a commercial kitchen.
- Our industrial, warehouse style Art Room is perfect for slightly more intimate weddings, with access to an adjoining small courtyard that overlooks our nursery and fruit garden.
Both spaces have white-washed walls, industrial flooring, high ceilings and exposed metal beams, creating a perfect blank canvas for your day.
Wedding planners
We do not provide a wedding planner, but have plenty of suggestions for planners/coordinators who know the venues well, just ask us who!
Vendors
You have complete freedom of choice when it comes to vendors and event suppliers at Perth City Farm, but don't panic! If it all seems a bit daunting, we have plenty of suggestions to suit just about every style and budget. We'll even send you our Friends of the Farm brochure with the contact details of tonnes of vendors who work here all the time!

Support
Bump in/out
This depends on the package you book! You can bump-in and out on the same day, or bump out the next day, or book a three-day option with a full day for set up beforehand!
Storage
No available storage.
Clean-up
You will be supplied with bins and can order extras. You must make sure the venue is clear of rubbish and equipment. A mandatory cleaning fee covers a proper clean of the venue after you vacate.
Access
Easily accessible by public transport (right next to the train station!) and across the road from the huge City of Perth Royal Street carpark. Both venues are wheelchair accessible and a disabled toilet is located on site.
Dimensions
The Barn is 18.2m x 11.8m, with A-frame ceilings peaking at 8m.
The Art Room is 18.2m x 11.4m, with A-frame ceilings peaking at 7.6m.
Security
May be required depending on the size and age demographics of the crowd. Failure to disclose this information will result in loss of bond.
Insurance
All on-site vendors and suppliers must provide evidence of their own public liability coverage.
