The Panama Dining Room

The Panama Dining Room has occupied the top floor of a converted Fitzroy textile factory since 2006, accumulating over a thousand weddings worth of institutional knowledge along the way. The space is defined by eight floor-to-ceiling arched windows framing panoramic city views, with exposed brick walls and rustic timber floors that give the room warmth without effort.
