Curfews & other restrictions

Pepe’s/Trunk has an 11pm license for all courtyard areas.

At this point, all guests will be asked to move inside for the duration of the function.

The restaurant offers couples a menu tasting from Sunday-Wednesday, lunch or dinner. Bookings essential.

Our wine packages can be sampled at any time.

Storage

We have storage available 24 hours prior to the wedding, and 24 hours after the wedding.

Please provide a detailed list of items to be stored, as storage space is limited.

Clean-up

All items must be removed by you on the evening of your wedding, unless you have previously arranged to store it overnight. We do not charge a cleaning fee, unless there is excessive mess.

Access

There is 2 hour parking on Exhibition Street directly in front of the entrance.

There are also several parking towers on Lonsdale and La Trobe Street’s nearby.

Most of the venue is wheelchair accessible and we have wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Dimensions

Rintel Room: 7m x 5m. Main ceiling height of 3m, one section height is 6m.

Diner: 4.8m x 13.90m. Ceiling height of 3m.

Pepe's Italian and Liquor: 16m x 6m approx. Ceiling height of approx 7m.

Security

We have security at the venue on Saturday nights, not required otherwise.

All on site vendors must provide copies of the public liability insurance certificates.
